General Information
National was built in 1903 and has since been a premier hotel with an
incredible restaurant and excellent service.In 1918 the hotel was turned
into one of Soviet Union's prime venues for official events. It
permanently hosted members of the Bolshevik Government, including Lenin.
In 1991 National was closed for restoration to reopen four years later
as one of the capital's most fashionable and prestigious hotels. The
Russian coloring and exquisite interiors combined with the modern
international standards of hospitality and the highest level of service
make this hotel truly unique. National is an associated member of hotel
chain Le Meridien and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World
organization, which unites the highest class hotels around the world.
National is located in the very center of the capital, its windows open
a matchless view at the Kremlin and the Manezh Square. 5 minutes of
walking time away are the Bolshoi Theatre and the Red Square. Distance
to Sheremetyevo-2 airport is 32 km.

National has 221 rooms, including 37 suites. The majority of them are
set apart with individualized design and decor, some have unique ceiling
paintings.
All rooms are equipped with radio and satellite
television, direct phone lines (bathrooms included), minibar, climate
control system, fan. All apartments and some luxury rooms have personal
safes.

Bar Aleksandrovsky
Bar Aleksandrovsky is set apart with an easy going atmosphere of a winter garden and with a nice selection of drinks. Wide selection of appetizers, ice cream, entres from the menu of Bar Moskovsky are available between 7am and 5am. Eurosport channel is on the entire time the bar is open, during evenings you will be treated to the sounds of live piano music.

Restaurant Moskovsky is known for its exceptional Russian and European cuisine. Its windows open a unique view at the Kremlin and the Manezh Square. However what makes this restaurant really unique is the high level of service, refined interiors and historical atmosphere. At night time you can hear live Russian music.
Events & Facilities
12 banquet halls and conference rooms beautifully decorated with
occupancy ranging from 6 to 150. Here you can not only hold a meeting at
the highest level, but also have a company party or simply relax with
your friends.
Equipment rent and outside catering are available.
