General Information
The luxurious 4-star President Hotel was built in 1983 and is owned and
run by the Administrative Department of the Russian President, so guests
can expect the highest levels of service and comfort. All 210 of its
modern, spacious rooms boast excellent amenities, including hairdryers,
mini-bars, Euro-style bathrooms and air-conditioning. Centrally located,
the hotel offers quick access to all of Moscow's major downtown
attractions, shopping and business centers...
Located in the Zamoskvareche region of the city, which means simply
"Across the Moscow River" in Russian, the President Hotel is
just a 500 meter walk from Polyanka Metro Station and from there just
one metro stop from The Kremlin and Red Square. Just a short walk from
the hotel visitors will find the celebrated Tretyakov Gallery, home to
the largest collection of Russian art in the world. The gallery is named
after the financier Pavel Tretyakov, the prolific private art collector
and patron, who donated approximately 2000 works of Russian art to the
city of Moscow at the end of the 19th century.
Rooms & Suites
The President Hotel features 14 stories of modern, comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with hairdryer, mini-bar, Euro-style bathroom, air-conditioning, cable and satellite TV, direct-dial telephone and all the amenities you would expect from a high-ranking hotel.
Standard Single Room
The hotel features 70 Standard Single Rooms, each approximately 26 sq. meters in area and containing one single bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and WC. Rooms offer views onto either the neighboring street or the Moscow River and are equipped with the following amenities; TV with local and satellite channels, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, telephone, modem port, in-room personal safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, individually-controlled air conditioning, writing desk, bathrobe and slippers and free daily newspaper.
Deluxe Room
The hotel features 16 Deluxe Rooms, each measuring 39 sq. meters in area and containing one king-sized bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower cabinet, bidet and WC. A second bed can be installed in the room for an extra charge. All Deluxe Rooms offer views of the Moscow River and contain TV with local and satellite channels, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, telephone, modem port, in-room personal safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, individually-controlled air conditioning, writing desk, bathrobe and slippers and free daily newspaper.
Twin Room
The hotel offers a total of 43 Twin Rooms, each 39 sq. meters in size and containing two single beds and a private bathroom with bath, shower cabinet, bidet and WC. Twin Rooms feature views of either the neighboring street or the Moscow River and come equipped with TV with local and satellite channels, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, telephone, modem port, in-room personal safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, individually-controlled air conditioning, writing desk, bathrobe and slippers and free daily newspaper.
Two-Room Suite
The hotel boasts 60 Two-Room Suites, each 70 sq. meters in area and containing a bedroom with one king-sized bed or two single beds, a sitting room with sofa and armchairs, a guest toilet and a spacious private bathroom with bath, shower cabinet, bidet and WC. An additional two beds can be installed in the suite for an extra charge. Suites offer views onto the neighboring street or the adjacent Moscow River and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV with local and satellite channels, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, telephone, modem port, in-room personal safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, individually-controlled air conditioning, writing desk, bathrobe and slippers and free daily newspaper.
Three-Room Suite
The hotel offers 20 Three-Room Suites, each a spacious 110 sq. meters in area and containing a bedroom with one king-sized bed, a sitting room with sofa and armchairs, a study, a guest toilet and a large private bathroom with bath, shower cabinet, bidet and WC. An additional two beds can be installed in the suite for an extra charge. All Three-Room Suites offer views onto the Moscow River and feature tea and coffee making facilities, two TVs with local and satellite channels, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, telephone, modem port, in-room personal safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, individually-controlled air conditioning, writing desk, bathrobe and slippers and free daily newspaper.
Restaurants and Bars
The hotel offers an interesting array of dining options. The President
Hotel Restaurant seats up to 180 guests and offers an original and
varied menu of Russian and European cuisine. The restaurant features
nightly live music ensembles between 7pm and 10pm and accepts all major
credit cards.
The hotel's cosy Russian Cuisine Restaurant seats just 50 guests
and offers a delicious and enticing menu of traditional Russian
specialties and a few favorite European dishes. No credit cards are
accepted.
The President's 50-seater Assembly Restaurant provides excellent
Italian and European cuisine in a tranquil ambient setting. No credit
cards are accepted.
The hotel's Business Lounge Bar
features a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a
limited menu of snacks and light meals.

offers a comprehensive range of business facilities to its corporate

The hotel also offers a range of 11
elegantly decorated meeting and conference rooms, all equipped with
state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities, to meet all your seminar and
private function requirements. All meeting and conference rooms are
located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
The National's fully air-conditioned Moskovsky
Conference Hall measures 175 sq. meters in area and offers beautiful
views of the nearby Kremlin. Hall facilities include a simultaneous
translation system, up-to-date audio-video equipment, microphones,
overhead projector and screen. The hall can accommodate up to 150
delegates depending on the furniture arrangement.
The fully air-conditioned 111 sq. meter
St. Petersburg Conference Hall offers stunning views of the
Kremlin and features a simultaneous translation system, up-to-date
audio-video equipment, microphones, overhead projector and screen. The
hall's seating capacity varies according to the furniture arrangement.
The National's Pskov Conference Hall
measures 160 sq. meters in area and offers views on to neighboring
Ulitsa Tverskaya. The hall is fully air-conditioned and features
up-to-date audio-video equipment, microphones, overhead projector and
screen. The hall's maximum delegate capacity is 70, but varies according
to the furniture arrangement.
The hall can also be divided into 2
separate halls, Pskov 1 and Pskov 2, for smaller functions
or seminars.
The hotel's 163 sq. meter Conference
Hall features views onto neighboring Ulitsa Tverskaya. It is fully
air-conditioned and equipped with up-to-date audio-video equipment,
microphones, overhead projector and screen.
The hotel's Suzdal Room offers
impressive views of Manezhnaya Ploshad and the Kremlin and features air
conditioning and any of the following facilities; audio-video equipment,
microphones, overhead projector and screen. The room is 40 sq. meters in
area and can accommodate up to 30 delegates depending upon the furniture
arrangement.
The National's slightly smaller,
air-conditioned Vladimirsky Room is situated nest to the St.
Petersburg Hall and features breath-taking views of the Kremlin. At just
45 sq. meters in area, it is the perfect venue for small seminars or
meetings and can be equipped with audio-video facilities, microphones,
overhead projector and screen as required. The room's delegate capacity
varies according to the furniture arrangement.
The Kostroma Room measures 43
sq. meters in area and offers views on to neighboring Ulitsa Tverskaya.
It is fully air-conditioned and can be equipped with any of the
following facilities upon request; audio-video facilities, microphones,
overhead projector and screen. The room seating capacity varies
according to the furniture arrangement.
The hotel's cosy Yaroslavl Room
is just 49 sq. meters in area and can accommodate up to 20 delegates in
a Round Table or Board Room setting.
The National's air-conditioned Novgorod
Board Room is 24 sq. meters in area and seats just 12 people.
The hotel's Uglich and Sergiev
Posad Meeting Rooms are both fully air-conditioned and seat just 8
people around a single circular table. Both are approximately 18 sq.
meters in area.
